Shipping & FAQ

We only ship to the U.S.A and Canada at present.

PLEASE NOTE: When placing a backorder your credit card will be charged right away, should you not want this, please wait until the item is back in stock to order. 

Any order with any backordered items in it will not go out until the items are back in stock.

No returns on products  - All Sales are Final

Orders are shipped via Canada Post

Tracking numbers are always provided via our online site.

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 of ordering unless an order contains a backorder item. In that case the complete order will be shipped out as soon as stock is replenished. 

Claim Instructions:

Provide us with digital images showing conclusive proof of the defect

Submit proof of date of original purchase.

Please note the warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, tampering, unreasonable use or normal wear and tear.

Are there fees associated with a cancelled order?

If you place an order online via credit card/Paypal and then decide to cancel it, there will be credit card fees charged of 4%  if you order from an country other than USA or canada you will also be charged 4% cancellation fees

If a order is cancelled after it has already shipped, shipping fees will also be deducted from the refund

If you refuse a package, or do not collect it we will deduct from your refund, any fees and additional shipping charges that we incur as well as 4% in associated refund fees.

Any shipping charges will not be refunded if the product has been shipped

We only ship to the U.S.A and Canada at present. However if you are outside of these countries please contact us with your shipping address and we can get a shipping quote for you.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS

Orders shipped outside Canada. could incur brokerage fees, customs fees, tariffs, duties, and/or other fees imposed by your country. 

Gstove-Canada/Wild Coast Camping Gear Inc. is not responsible for these fees and we have not included them in your shipping charges. 

You will have to pay these fees, should these fees arise

If you refuse a package, we will deduct from your refund, any fees and additional shipping charges that we incur.

If you have any doubts about additional fees, please contact your local customs office before you place your order.
